I called this branch today and asked if they had a coin machine to count change. I was told they did and it was free for TCF customers. I gathered up my change and drove over to the bank. When I got to the branch I was advised they didn't have a coin counter. I explained that I had just called. One teller told me she talked to me and advised me that the coins had to be rolled. Customer Service at this branch could be alot better. I could hardly understand the person I spoke to when I called and they weren't able to help me with anything over the phone. They required me to go to the branch before they could fax me my statement and wanted to see an I.D. first. For what purpose would I need a fax if I have to go there?
