I have always been pleased with the staffing at this TCF Bank in White Bear Lake. They always seem to have a positive attitude.
You can no longer go inside to get change. You must walk through the drive through. Almost got clipped. No longer handicap safe.
Honestly the worst bank I’ve ever seen hands down.
I Have not been to this Location, but have became good Friends With Mike V when he was the Branch Manager @ the Fridley Cub Branch before They closed that Branch & have remained friends. We are in the Process of a home loan & needed some information that we have been trying to get for a FEW weeks our Mortgage lender E mailed the Lending department a few times & we understand after the merge the number were changed. I contacted Mike after stopping by the branch close to us & another branch that use to have a full time lender ... read more
Kind, efficient, calmly friendly during extremely long lines at drive-through due to closures in TC area.
