The only reason I come here is because it's near my job. I've never had issues with their exterior ATM (Knock on Wood). Otherwise the tellers seem extremely depressed lately. It seems like they don't wanna even be there or maybe it's just me. Next time I come in at least ACT like you appreciate me as a customer.
No problems with the inside or outside ATM machines. Granted, we rarely use the inside ATM. We have had TCF for many, many years and appreciate the customer service we have received at the Schiller Park branch and the Franklin Park Jewel location. Minus one star because the office (for private transactions) in the Jewel location is not sound proof. Conversations can be heard from outside the room.
Bad customer service.
