This bank is nothing but a money hungry conglomerate like all other banks charge you for many fees. Customer service will always say we can’t do anything to help you. Your much better off going to a smaller local bank or a savings and loan smaller banks are more geared towards customer service than these big banks. They will fee you to death and never help you that’s how they are geared
