We tried to open account, but unfortunately they didn’t. We have passport and form I-94 from border instead visa, which show that we are legally in USA. But they refused us to open account in bank without visa in passport. We tried to get a list of requirements for new costumers which papers are needed to open new account, bank employee asked us to bring one of this: W-8 form, ITIN, SSN. Last week on October 23, 2020 I came to make cashier check and I had $1800. I am their customer since 2014 and I had never problem but since this year I had been robbed by this bank one time on March, 2020 and everything was shut down so can't complain duration timing so they refused and said it's been over duration time so we can't help.
