Where is the No Star rating? Ive been an idiot and kept this bank for 15 years. I had several accounts. Ive closed all but one pending moving to a credit union. They now charge \$9.95 a month for checking. I bounced my first check this year for a \$50 overdraft and was charged \$28 A DAY for 5 days until they MAILED me, not e-mailed me, mailed me a notice. \$28 a day??? Do NOT open an account there. Every complaint I have seen in other reviews about TCF bank is valid. I have experienced the wrath of a terrible, dishonest company. I opened a checking account because there was a \$75 bonus at the time and I NEVER got the bonus. I spoke to countless managers and supervisors and could not get the bonus I was entitled to get. Seriously, WTH?
