They talk down to you like you're stupid when all you're trying to do is come in and ask a question about your own personal account , they make it seem like you're bothering them
Horrible customer service - can't believe that I now have to deal with them after they bought our mortgage company. Bailing as soon as possible. On hold now for 1:10 and counting.....
Service is way too slow. Poor management. I always have to wait longer than I should when I come here. Place needs new management and leadership.
Great branch. I use them all the time and each person there is helpful, and friendly.
