tcf Is an awful bank won't let you access your account with out a debit card. had a lost card had 3 forms of ID but still won't let me access without a piece of plastic.

They don’t have a clue what they do. Laura call to request copy of my documents in order to open an account.I went for the appointment and Abbas required the originals.Of course he started with convincing me that it’s the same everywhere ,they are changing software and the software requires original documents(this is unreal ,of course) Just give me the info in advance, so i can prepare myself ,don’t waist my time!And he started offering credits and stuff.....ridiculous! The branch is temporarily closed
I have a business account here because they were quick on everything, getting new card, change addresses etc. Now to change billing address I have to bring proof of address and wait 48hrs, Need to get new card because current one fcked up chip not working, but I have to wait to days for address update then come back again to order new card and answer questions about MY account MY money! And wait again before they will send it. The only reason I’ve been you customer is that you were quick and didn’t ask stupid questions!
