They are very sufficient the people that work there are the most nicest people it specially the bank manager the very nice man there they help you with any of your troubles and problems and most importantly they keep your money safe I've had no problem and 20 years of begum with them

Horrible knowledge of customer service. I went in with my Veterans ID and CPL license and they told me it wasn't good enough to complete a transaction. TCF response with a generic message of TCF may require two forms of ID. ...I HAD TWO FORMS OF ID. I WISH A NEGATIVE STAR WAS POSSIBLE.
They will make sure other scam dont fraud you from your account
