my problem is not with this particular location, its just the overall practices with the company in general. Had a company called heat surge where u buy those Amish fire places try to withdrawl from my account twice. I watch my accounts daily n caught it in the pending status. Called TCF in they said there was nothing they could do until the charges go thru, but it was obviously an error on the part of the company. They said to watch my account n when the charges go thru, what ever over drafts I may receive they will reverse... read more
