Fee charged for purchases outside the U.S. No other bank or credit union, that I've been a member of does this. Am closing my account. ALSO, charged me for a set of checks, which I did not order, and sent them to me, both without my permission.
I'm only giving 5 stars because of the great experience I had today at the west broadway/BP branch. Took my mama to do some drive up transactions. I think their cash machines may have been down/technical issues. It was a long wait but the 2 tellers who assisted us were so pleasant it really didn't matter how long we would have had to wait. They communicated with us, apologized for the wait time, explained the issue, and kept us updated. Im convinced this company steals your money and then blame it on delayed postings
Took forever to withdrawal cash .. atm was broken .. need better representatives customer service was very poor!!! Wouldn’t recommend this tcf
