I work at the grocery store and people ask a lot; the physical bank isn't there anymore. They moved somewhere else (don't know where.) The atm is huntington and it's still there. The area the bank used to be is now walled up and is a storage closet for a few departments in the store.
Since their merger I've been locked out of my account 2 or 3 times in one week. I'm so done with this bank. Cannot even access my money. What a joke. Eat a d@#$.
Internet states it open. Get there tow employees sitting there doing nothing. Why are they there if not helping customers? Very very poor customer service.
Outliers that rank low OR high, NEED to explain themselves for that rating. Seriously try to be HELPFUL for other folks maybe thinking about TCF when they are at Cub. This is NOT a review for corporate. Let's keep this about the TCF in Cub on Cahill!
