Lost two checks I sent to be deposited in landlords account. And went to drive thru with my dog, who was excited to get a treat, but didn’t get one. Wow. What a crappy bank
Will soon move our accounts elsewhere. You've closed branches close to me, so that I have to drive almost 20 minute to ma ke transactions. Attempted to xfer $ from TCF to another bank account at another bank on line, but you do not offer this option. How do you NOT have this available in 2018???? Your employees are great though. If your on-line banking was more robust, I might consider handing in. But unfortunately, if you don't have people nearby and I can't conduct my business on-line, it's time to move on.
