Nathan at 120th ave in Northglenn needs to be retrained on how to be a manager . My wife has been cashing checks there cause it’s drawn from that branch even . And is now told she has a past due account so can no longer cash her payroll check. She has been through all forms of customer service with your company. Too many account fees now. Go to a credit union.
Beware of this bank... The have new charges that once you make a mistake and overdraft your account you will get the fee for over draft(oh and they dont tell you this until you give them money) plus EVERYDAY that you didnt know something had happened they charge you 28.00 a day. So lets say someone got your account and rang up charges you didnt know about.. it takes about 3 days for the statement of the overdrafts to get to your house during those days everyday is 28\$ fee.. or if you catch it the day you make a purchase and... read more
