I went to this location I think and the banker was really sweet! Definitely very kind people. I got a call from them this morning about reversing fees and whomever called me was about the most pleasant banking customer service lady I have ever met in my entire life!
Jonathon and much of the staff are fantastic. They really go above and beyond with their customer service. My issue is with the manager Phillip. For whatever reason he feels compelled to be a jack ass every time I have to deal with him. This is now the second or third go round with this disaster of a manager. Not sure if he thinks that he is above anyone else in the building but his attitude SUCKS. He gave my wife a hard time as I was trying to add her to my checking account.
