2021 update, they no longer have a coin counting machine here or at the ogden branch in naperville which makes you as a bank as useless as the others. Only accepting rolled coins is an insult as a bank costumer. If there's ever again a shortage of coins is cause banks wont count them for the costumers. As a business owner coin counting is a banking need.
Don’t go this TCF unless u want to wait 5 minutes and they all sitting in the office
TCF does not stand behind its loyal customers! Any fraudulent activity will result in the ownership being placed upon the end-user to spend their time and money to resolve. Do not expect TCF to alert you of this activity either as the acting agent of your money. This is the 3rd event of fraud I've experienced with them which I caught and had to bring to their attention. They have no problem with using your money but they will not protect it. I see a new bank in my near future.
It was all great until the coin machine got tanked. Great location but having to do my coins farther away is impossible due to time and distance. What makes them stand over the other banks is being open during the hours the others are closed making regular 9 to 5 people able to walk in and bank.
No one could figure out my cd even though it was busy these guys did and explained it nicely.
