Since taken over by Huntington bank services already going downhill. Coin counting machines removed. If free checking goes away then I gone and I hope thousands more.I’ve been a customer 42 years. Credit union Would be better. See what happens.
The blond guy was rude and not very helpful gave me only 100's and didn't ask first, other people I this branch is nice tho but for this person I'll give it 1 star I bank here multiple times a week, very disappointed
Bank sucks, but the customer service I've had has been great it's what keeps me from leaving. The ATM froze my card causing an inconvenience 2 times in one week and I was able to speak to people who knew how to solve my problem, while still making sure I was actually the holder of the card
Literally the worst bank. Ever. TLDR; Covid-19, identification gets stolen. Can't get a new ID mailed to me for weeks. Can't get a new debit card until then. I HAVE to call every time I need to check my balance. Why? Because after spending on average 45 minutes on hold, I finally manage to brute force my way into speaking with a supposedly competent human for the purposes of setting up my digital banking - again. very bad experience just by changing a check to cash they ask for social security and they ask you a questionnaire
