AVOID TCF BANK! Horrible customer service Their customer service is the worst I've experienced in ANY business. My ordeal ended with making it to the VP, Lori Jockum, and having her tell me she'd call me back that afternoon after a meeting, and she never called me back. I called back a week later, and left her a message asking what happened. She didn't call me until a day after THAT, and blamed it on someone she had passed it off to. Ok bank, watch the fees though! I've been banking off & on with TCF for years. They have some great locations & services. The tellers are all usually very friendly. My biggest complaint is all the fees. I have free checking, but it seems each month I have to call up about another fee they have issued me. Recently it was $2.50 for something & before that $5 for online bill pay which I wasn't even enrolled in. It is just always something. As long as you watch your statements they aren't a bad bank. rip! i liked having this bank when it first opened up until most recently they no longer offer FREE checking. Also no matter how hard i tried they allways seemed to get a FEE from me for various things. Ive had CHASE bank acct. now for over a year and have had no problems and no hidden fees. TCF will rob you when ur not looking. BAD BANK!
AWESOME BANK Banking isn't such a chore with this bank. VERY nice and convenient hours for ME, longer hours in the evenings and open on Sunday's too! Again, the bank really is about what is convenient for me and truely a pleasure to do business with. It is nice to feel important.
TCF Bank I love this bank they have numerous locations in and around my area. They have evening hours as well as saturday and sunday hours. They also have drive thru windows.
