Very Helpful Staff I have a personal account at this branch and my husband has a business account. Staff members are always very helpful and cheerful, while the very convenient hours make banking a breeze,
Ultra-convenient!!! Now that I have 2 kids in carseats, I really look for convenience. I was already banking at another local bank, but was annoyed that there were no drive-thrus and such limited hours. TCF opened just down the street from my home and I saw that they have weekend hours (including Sundays) and a drive-thru! With an ATM! I normally wouldn't open a new account at a bank I'm unfamiliar with just for convenience... but this ploy really worked on me.
