I love this Bank! They have the nicest people working here! I have been coming here for years and have always been treated like part of a family! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I had to go to another branch a couple of years ago when their computers were down and trust me I would rather change banks than go back to the other branch! I just love Bernadette Debay she is the best!!!

I love going to this TCF branch! The helped me to secure a trouble-free loan when I needed help repairing my sewer; I was even able to have direct withdrawals to repay the loan. It was like the problem never existed. Whenever I come in to make a deposit or conduct business all of the staff greet me warmly and know me by name. Additionally, I love their bank statements which track expenditures; this is especially helpful at tax time. Last but not least, this location is so convenient I can even walk here from home! I go here very regularly, and have VERY inconsistent customer service. Most of the time, on the negative side. Last week I deposited a check made out to my husband and I in our joint checking account. Today, I attempted to do the same thing, from the same company, and was denied. Sometimes I need 2 pieces of identification to cash a check, sometimes only 1. I will definitely be moving all 4 of my accounts else-where!
