Horrible customer service lady was smacking her gum and just looked tired and useless
Zero stars if I could. Talk about lazy!!! Had me waiting while they did nothing. Lazy, no motivation and lack of respect. Don't bother going.
Walked into the location around 5:20pm 12/2/22. I wanted to deposit singles, tens & fives into my account. The customer service Rep Ms. BELL , tells me after asking the store manager on duty for permission, 'She cannot deposit my money because they don't have single bill straps. As a bank customer, that's not my problem. I accepted what she said, ended the transaction. Now, I'm minding my business at the ATM, wasting my time adding my bills $50 at a time. ATM machine is always broken, machine took my 400 dollar deposit and didn’t post to my account, now I have to wait on an investigation to be completed, & on top of that during their investigation they charged me 2 fees that have now put my account into the negative I’m very annoyed and plan on closing the account once my money is returned!!! I needed a copy of cashiers check because I had lost my receipts! This location worked a miracle for me by doing everything that they could to supply me with copies. I didn't get the two young women names, but Thank You for all you do and Thank You 'Huntington'!
