I don't bank here, but I was blown away by the kindness and customer service from Sabrina. My son is just getting into coin collecting and we visited 6 banks on Saturday 04/10. My bank, although swapped bills for coins for him wasn't all that friendly. The next 4 wouldn't give my 11 year old the time of day. Stopped at TCF Bank and Sabrina was not only attentive but she genuinely seemed to care about making my sons day. Terrible customer service. Calls are outsourced to India. Impossible to get needs met.
Wanted to get a loan when I was singing the application with the TCF member apparently information was entered wrong causing a week of frustration just so disappointed I think it is time to switch banks.
