Went through drive through. Sent deposit and license. Asked for receipt. First try, no receipt. As I'm checking, she also didn't include $100 cash back or my license. She confirmed she "forgot" the cash and denied having my license. I asked her to pull video and get the manager. She is the manager and they can't pull video for that.
