This facility is the worst and I thought it was only this one, but this is actually the third one that me and my family have visited and every single one no matter how nice or how run down the facility is the customer service is terrible and the wait time to see the provider is insanely long (waited 2 hours AFTER my appointment) I will not be returning to any of these chain clinics, worst service ever.!!
Good luck with the ladies on the phone… horrible customer service. They hate their patients…

Terrible doctor office. Rude nurses and doctors and doesn’t help you at all. Maria T., Glenda L., Rosette Mancini, and Imelda Mezza. Changed my daughter doctor twice without notice. Changed her appointment a day before and wanted her to either go to another clinic or wait another month for her 2 year check up. They don’t care about your child well being and when I called for the number for the complaint line they lied and they said they were going to reach out to me and still hasn’t.
