The staff continues to do a great job and remains helpful and professional. However, since the change in management, the atmosphere feels less welcoming than before. The warm attitude we once experienced is missing, and small but meaningful amenities such as the coffee machine, coffee, and snacks are no longer available. This is disappointing, especially since we pay to be here—it is not a free service exactly like other TCC Campuses .
