Lady Janice Billiard had done my taxes the year prior to this one. I let her know this year that I realized she had doubled my income and did not fill out a certain form that she needed to use for a business. I have tried reaching out to her numerous times with failed attempts to get any responses back. The responses I do get back are very vague, and she will not call me so that we can clarify and go over refiling my taxes. Very Dissatisfied with their service this year. We had our taxes done and left with paperwork that gave a total of our refund. Was called the next morning by the person who did our taxes and was told they were rejected because she accidentally sent one of our forms home with us. We sent it to her and she called and said it was accepted. We kept trying to check our refund and it was saying information was not right. We called TCB who again said it was accepted. I’ve been served by TCB tax service since it opened years ago. Before this service was TCB, it was called Bradbury tax service… I’ve been going to them since 1995. Always professional, great service, quick to respond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
