If I could give less than a one star review, I would. The worst service and poorest coordination of services I have ever experienced. If there’s any other option available, use them over this company.
They don't answer the phone! Impossible to reach
Horrible delivery service. 1 star review. Beware.
This company has damaged an item I was having delivered twice. They provided an "unboxing video" with the item already unboxed and immediately unwrapping and focusing on the damage that they knew they caused. They confirm delivery for a day then decide to take you off delivery without even telling you they took you off then decide to rebook you a week later. At this point I have no idea if I'll ever receive my item
I just called in to report an incident that happened in my neighborhood in Greenville, SC just a little while ago. One of your trucks was driving way too fast and carelessly. They took a corner and knocked down what I thought was a powerline. I called Duke Power to report it and sent them a picture and they said it was an AT&T line. They are reporting it to AT&T so someone may want to get in front of that. Whoever was driving the truck needs to be taken off the road. It happened around 12:35 on Tuesday, May 20.
