I found T.C. Strait through Google and couldn't be happier with my experience being a first-time homebuyer. I'm not sure you could ask for a better Ohio mortgage broker. He helped me buy my first home with a USDA home loan with no down payment, making the entire process virtually stress-free. TC was very responsive to my requests, even when I sent messages late at night, on weekends and over holidays. He explained the processes to me and was good at explaining things in a way I understood. He always made time for my questions and never made me feel dumb. These were all such important qualities in a loan officer for me!!
