I recently worked with my loan officer for the purchase of my new home, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive — answering calls and messages on weekends and after hours without hesitation. It was clear he was truly invested in finding me the best possible options, not just the easiest ones. His knowledge of the process gave me confidence every step of the way. If you're looking for someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for their clients, look no further. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend TC Strait for your mortgage loan. Not only was he able to secure us a great rate, he was communicable and informative during the whole process. He was patient with all my questions and thoroughly explained things I did not understand. I wish I could give him more stars.

T.C was a delight to work with. He went the extra mile in helping us understand the complexity of getting our loan. He was always willing and available to hop on a call to answer our questions and explain anything that we didn’t understand.

T.C. Was such a huge help throughout the entire process. He went over everything with me step by step and whenever I had any questions he would reach out and respond right away. He worked with the budget I had and was very fast to help me with any problems I had. I highly recommend his service and I definitely don’t just say that about anyone!

TC Was great! Kept us informed every step of the way! Any issues, he informed us before they occurred. Never had an issue, we had hurdles, but TC had us take care of them so not to have any issues. Closing was perfect thanks to him! Would totally recommend him to anyone looking for financing… the best!!!
