Ask for Ken Margraff! My sweet mom needed a loan and although she lives in Florida and Ken works in the Savannah office, he immediately texted me and let me do a 3 way call with her. Keep in mind that my sister (who lives in FL) called several local banks and none either answered or called her back. No one in her area was helping them! I don’t live in Fl and felt helpless. Best banking experience in savannah! Highly recommend it to new clients. I moved over from another local bank that was like the typical Savannah business and very slow. but this bank is awesome and they really take care of their customers. Moon is the best!
