Tom is fantastic in every way, professional, honest, kind and humble. He did exactly what he said he was going to, he told me what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Spot on. Tom is one of a kind in this day and age. 5 star!!
Tom was incredibly helpful and responsive when our refrigerator died. He coached me through evaluating the fridge’s status over the phone and helped us determine if it was even worth a service call (it wasn’t). We saved so much time and money by moving forward with his recommendation to get a new fridge. He was also very kind and respectful! Would definitely be my first call for any future appliance repair needs!
Tom will ignore your calls and refuse to fix warranty issues that the Brand sent parts for. Stay away from this company.
Excellent professional staff. First time I called it was a simple cheap repair on a refrigerator water line. Today my dryer was flashing numbers and when I called for service the first thing he asked was if we'd recently had a power outage (we had). He suggested some things and since they didn't work he agreed to come out today. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Tom! From the moment I called, he was professional, friendly and quick to schedule an appointment. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly so I understood what needed to be done.
