Tom was always available at a moments notice and his experience and depth of knowledge solved the issue with our washer. Terrific experience!!
Contacted TC for a washer repair and he quickly followed up. He was busy but he squeezed me in the next day. His coworker James came to do the repair. Very friendly and knowledgeable, even gave me some maintenance tips for the future. Repaired it in 30 mins. Cant recommend their business enough. Thanks again TC and James!
My washing machine was broken so I called around looking for someone to come fix it. I was either getting super expensive quotes or phone numbers that have been disconnected. I finally got a referral to call Tom. He got back to me right away and we texted about the problem. My frustrating experience went on for month to repair a dishwasher door. After multiple calls, got them to show up. Identified the part needed, he ordered the part while at my home. Had to call to follow up several times. When I finally connected with a phone call, they gave me a time frame via text for that day. Never showed and (to date) has not responded to multiple text messages. After that debacle, I ordered the part and installed it in less than 15 minutes.
