I contacted Tom regarding my fridge not working properly. He scheduled me in that same day and provided excellent customer service both over the phone and in person.
Tom replied within an hour of me leaving a voicemail. He was able to help me over the phone with some simple explanations and pictures that I sent of my Samsung washer. 100% recommend his services. If I have any future appliance issues I have his number saved and he will definitely be the first I contact!
I reached out to Tom for help with my refrigerator that had gone on the fritz… He was so helpful and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and figure out what needed to get done ASAP… He was very friendly, and seemed genuinely kind. I would highly recommend him if you’re ever in need of getting an appliance fixed!!
I was one YouTube repair video away from turning my washing machine into yard art when I called TC Appliances. Best decision I could’ve made. Tom showed up on time, diagnosed the problem in what felt like five minutes, and had everything working before I could finish my coffee
Incredibly fast response, tried to be helpful over the phone before even formally taking the job, and was able to get out here same day and resolve our issue. Can’t recommend enough!
