If you need something repaired do not use this company. They did not show up, did not call to let me know they were not showing up. Upon me calling them to figure out why no one came they did not answer and had a full mailbox. To be clear, a business with a full voicemail box is pathetic.
Tom was always available at a moments notice and his experience and depth of knowledge solved the issue with our washer. Terrific experience!!
Contacted TC for a washer repair and he quickly followed up. He was busy but he squeezed me in the next day. His coworker James came to do the repair. Very friendly and knowledgeable, even gave me some maintenance tips for the future. Repaired it in 30 mins. Cant recommend their business enough. Thanks again TC and James!
My washing machine was broken so I called around looking for someone to come fix it. I was either getting super expensive quotes or phone numbers that have been disconnected. I finally got a referral to call Tom. He got back to me right away and we texted about the problem. He offered me a fair price to come look at it, but then offered to just call and talk us through our issue. He was able to help us identify the issue and fix it over the phone with no cost to us.
