Do not recommend! I used this office in Hyannis for my 2024 tax prep and my experience for that was OK. Nothing special just OK. My reason for this review is there handling of a deduction they missed when I returned to have it corrected. This deduction is a PSO insurance deduction that was brought to my attention during my 2025 tax prep. H&R Block had also missed this deduction for the 22 and 23 seasons.
