I have to give a huge thank you to Luke at Tom Bast Sports in Red Deer. My son and I received the best service I have ever experienced at a sporting goods store. Luke went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for my son. It’s rare to come across customer service like this, and it made the whole experience outstanding.
Went in looking for skates for my son, younger guy helped us, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Was honest with his opinion. We didn't even buy anything but 100% will be back if we ever need sporting equipment again just based on the service we received. I wish I remembered his name. But he was fantastic
