Having issues trying to leave TBS ever since Loves bought them out. Customer service is definitely not there anymore. Called TBS agent and put me on hold, shortly after ended call and ignored my call there on out. If anyone knows process to leave TBS Agreement please let me know.
Stay away!! worst factoring company ever will not pay you and take advantage of their customers go with RTS or OTR!!
I have been working with TBS since 2016 and it is a great company! They process payment really fast, do not held your money and give you the time to resolve any paper situation! Alyssia P is one of the best representatives there! 100 recommended also, Juliana deserve a raise!! She is the best there!!!!!
