I was outside at 8 AM in my wheelchair waiting for my scheduled pick up ride at 8 AM, my ride was cancelled at the 825 AM when I called.
This company canceled a scheduled service, without notification, for wheelchair bound patient. Patient learned of the cancellation after waiting outside and calling to check the status of his scheduled pickup.
TBM was outstanding! They came promptly when I needed to get to the ER but it wasn't a life threatening situation requiring 911. The two team members were kind and professional. Highly recommend this service
