I have such a hard time withdrawing/moving money from my account with this bank, charges are constantly getting denied and it’s consistently screwing with my investment accounts, paying rent, anything with a high dollar amount. Once you deposit money into this bank, it is more under their control than yours. I would HIGHLY recommend finding another bank in the area instead of TBK.

Imagine you are down to your last payment to pay off your mortgage. Then you find due to shady practices by this bank that you owe an unknown $8964.85 hidden as a ‘payoff balance’ in the loan. Turns out TBK had been force placing insurance on our building for years. No communication that they were doing this, no notifications via our account, no nothing. Until today we were very happy with this bank. I had to run into the branch quickly before work today. My teenage daughter was driving who has a learner’s permit. She missed the turn got nervous and drove around back and was trying to turn around when an angry lady turned her car abruptly to block us and came chasing us aggressively screaming and very obviously overreacting as we were the only 2 cars in the lot.
