Rarely do I find myself happy after walking out of a bank.. I was here, the branch manager helped me get a business and personal account opened quickly and efficiently.. I really appreciated the personal service!
Imagine you are down to your last payment to pay off your mortgage. Then you find due to shady practices by this bank that you owe an unknown $8964.85 hidden as a ‘payoff balance’ in the loan. Turns out TBK had been force placing insurance on our building for years. No communication that they were doing this, no notifications via our account, no nothing.
