Accounts shut down without being informed 2 days after opening the accounts in branch. There are so many banks that welcome new customers but this place just doing in opposite way. ❌️ NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ❌️
Professional bank with caring people; almost unheard since the big banks have all but taken over. I've dealt with many banks in my career and TBK Elgin is by far the best. They literally bend over backwards to get things done.
If I could give zero or negative stars I would. How in the world do they have a branch manager who makes customers feel uncomfortable is beyond me. Someone who looks at someone and automatically judges. My husband went to open a business account. Now I get it his id was never updated to IL and our LLC was created before we moved to new home in west Dundee.
