Some of the most unfriendly and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Keep an eye on your account even when you sign an opt out paper saying you dont want them to pay for transactions when you dont have enough funds they still will charge you. Go to a better bank that won't screw you
I’ve been going to TBK, for many many years! I love it when I walk in or going through the drive-through,and they know my name. They are so personable! They are also so knowledgeable and helpful.
Accounts shut down without being informed 2 days after opening the accounts in branch. There are so many banks that welcome new customers but this place just doing in opposite way. ❌️ NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ❌️
Professional bank with caring people; almost unheard since the big banks have all but taken over. I've dealt with many banks in my career and TBK Elgin is by far the best. They literally bend over backwards to get things done.
