Krissy was my realtor for the buy end of my home. Susan Rand was the sell end of my home. They are both affiliated with the “NAR”. Krissy told me they were not affiliated and yet you can look it up and YES they are. I fired Susan Rand as my first realtor and she did not tell me at all that she was a “dual agent”. Dual agency is unethical and I as a voter will be fighting to change this rule. I am contacting the BBB and I am putting in ethical complaints.
