Their level of customer service is under par. I called this morning to speak to a loan officer. After being transferred twice, I got a woman that took a message. Around 3 PM still no call back so then I called got transferred twice again and then got a voicemail. Still no call back. Unbelievable. We’re in a slow market right now. So there’s no excuse other than they are just not wanting to do their job.
Don't use. Took 20 business days to get my debit card. Had to cancel appointments because the 2 places I had appointments for, 2 wks after I opened the account, doesn't take checks. Why they waited until the following week after I open the account to order my debit card is beyond me. I closed the account 2 weeks after I opened it. Just to much trouble to deal with.
They are the best Bank I have ever been with My husband John had been with other banks before we were married I introduced them to him 34 years ago an have been with them ever since,.just feel safe an secure there . they have welcomed us with all our banking needs
I love Taylorsville Savings Bank in Taylorsville, NC. Nice people and no hassle banking. The other banks in the area are HORRIBLE! Save yourself some time and aggravation, this is the bank you need to use.
They view a book by its cover even thoughthey havent opened the book yet. The front is very snotty. If you are a black owned business owner beware.
