TSB has been my hometown bank for 20+ years. This is the bank that has helped and provided quality services for my family at every juncture of life. The customer service is great, the staff is professional and friendly, and they have products that you can’t find at every bank. They have three conveniently located branches through Alexander County. The bank has leadership that is innovative and involved with the community. They look for ways to give back and they are glad to do it.
Their level of customer service is under par. I called this morning to speak to a loan officer. After being transferred twice, I got a woman that took a message. Around 3 PM still no call back so then I called got transferred twice again and then got a voicemail. Still no call back. Unbelievable. We’re in a slow market right now. So there’s no excuse other than they are just not wanting to do their job.
Don't use. Took 20 business days to get my debit card. Had to cancel appointments because the 2 places I had appointments for, 2 wks after I opened the account, doesn't take checks. Why they waited until the following week after I open the account to order my debit card is beyond me. I closed the account 2 weeks after I opened it. Just to much trouble to deal with.
They are the best Bank I have ever been with My husband John had been with other banks before we were married I introduced them to him 34 years ago an have been with them ever since,.just feel safe an secure there . they have welcomed us with all our banking needs
