Have bought various pieces of furniture over the years from Taylors and always been pleased with the purchases. The deliveries have been prompt and drivers/assemblers been nice. My large bedroom unit (4door) one of the sliding doors came of its runners and although we bought it 7 years ago, I chanced asking if their guys could come & refit it. I called this morning and this afternoon they were out and done the job. Very nice guys who remembered being here a few times. Now that's what I call service. Thanks guys ❤️
Went in today to order a divan bed. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and honest. We understood it was a fourth generation family business. We went up to the top floor to look at the beds. The feel of the shop was like stepping back in time ,in a really good way, as the staff looked smart, were courteous, and the prices were reasonable.
Staff are happy to display their confidence in the comfort of their products.
Went in at the end of November 2024 by recommendation & expected to pay over £850 for a king size mattress & I struggled up to the steep 3rd floor & was told to lie down in one I wanted & I could have dozed off nae bother. So I settled for that one which was well less than £800.& they phoned me when it was in & I chose a delivery date. The 2 guys brought it in but it was too big for the base on my bed 🛏️ as it hung over but I said that's ok I will cover it over with my sheets, so off they went. Needed a bed with a decent mattress really quickly as partner has back i jury and cant sleep on my Emma mattress as its too soft. I called this morning just after 11, agreed what i needed, and the boys delivered it at 2pm. Now that's what I call service! You are lifesavers🥰
