Customer service is good great looking products. They were fast to dispatch, unfortunately Taylor uses the worst courier company (Aramex) which are known to be dodgy and provide terrible service. Never received the items I ordered even after contacting the courier company. Would recommend some else that uses are much more reliable courier/delivery company
Awesome service and after sales support. I ordered a set of legs and when unwrapping found a fault with one leg. Just text a photo and description of fault and it was rectified immediately. This all happened after hrs as I am in the west but still sorted quickly. This is the second set I have used and will definitely use them again.
Ordered a pair of legs and had them delivered. Nice finish and sturdy legs. Good fit to tabletop.
I ordered a set of legs for the office desk that I made. The legs turned up promptly and in excellent condition. The finish is first class. My only complaint, and it was with the courier, not Taylor's, is that the box containing the legs was left outside our property and could have been taken by anyone.
Absolutely great service! AAA+ will be definitely shopping here more often. The legs are strong and well made love our new table! Delivery was fast no issues at all. Thanks Taylor. Definitely recommend. Best in Australia!
