I opened my purchase of these T legs today and was quite disappointed. The finish on the ends of the feet is poor; it appears the cuts were misaligned, and the weld grinding lacks attention to detail. More concerning, however, is that the feet haven't been fixed square, which impacts both the aesthetics and the functionality of the product.
NOT locally made, clearly orders probably cheap stuff in from overseas - they give you a tracking number but it actually takes ages until they give it to auspost. This has delayed some of my projects by weeks now.
I have been using Taylor‘s for five years now. I build furniture and use this company for all my legs. Fantastic service very very quick delivery. Highly recommend.
Customer service is good great looking products. They were fast to dispatch, unfortunately Taylor uses the worst courier company (Aramex) which are known to be dodgy and provide terrible service. Never received the items I ordered even after contacting the courier company. Would recommend some else that uses are much more reliable courier/delivery company
Awesome service and after sales support. I ordered a set of legs and when unwrapping found a fault with one leg. Just text a photo and description of fault and it was rectified immediately. This all happened after hrs as I am in the west but still sorted quickly. This is the second set I have used and will definitely use them again.
