Owner was verbally abusive and threatened to punch me in the face. He did not listen to what I wanted, and failed to produce the items as I requested. I pointed out an obvious defect in one item, and he said "they're all like that." When I objected and said "they are NOT all like that" and attempted to settle the matter, he swore at me, threatened to hit me, and refused my business. I will never again waste any of my time in that shop.
