I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this daycare. When I enrolled my child, I was told by the assistant director, Dejanae, that my Title 20 co-pay was $0. Pulled my kids out cause they where being lied on by other kids and even bullied director did nothing and those kids has already been problems before my kids started this daycare is in a great area but bad business wouldn’t dare show face again
I should have posted earlier, but life got busy. Anyone considering this daycare please re-think your decision. They told my wife and I that they had functioning cameras. After our son was coming home with what we thought were spanking marks on his bottom; we asked to see the footage from the cameras, and they flatout refused to allow us to see them. 1 star feels like too many, but that's as low as you can go! Not only are their rates higher than other places, they also promise services they don't provide. They were to provide bussing to and from school, but on several occasion they had no bus driver, forcing us to be late for work and leave work early, but still charged the same rate. They required a notice when leaving so we gave a 3 week notice, but they still tried to charge us. When I notified the director, she said she forgot to remove our name from the billing.
