I ordered a 4in machinist square and received the incorrect one, an amazing customer service representative named Samantha was quick and professional with sending me not only a replacement for the 4in square I ordered, but a 3in machinist square as well. Amazing customer service, I will 100% be purchasing from Taylor Toolworks again.
Taylor Toolworks (Taytools) now has a retail store co-located with Dungarees (Carhartt clothing) in downtown Columbia. The only Taylor Toolworks signage is on the front door; look instead for the Carhartt advertising on the building windows. The front of the store has workbenches and gun safes. Keep walking past all of that, because the majority of the Taytools and Carhartt inventory is in the showroom in the rear of the store. Do not go. It is the total dump. Nothing on the shelves. Everything on the floors boxes everywhere. Very little things on display. They got bought out by some clothing company that ruined a good tool company. Buy your stuff online and be happy. Don't go to building because it's moved by the way from where the Google address is
