The downtown Columbia store is not working. You took away the ability to visit the warehouse to pick up items immediately needed in favor of the store. Unfortunately, the store does not have many basic items on the shelves, claiming a lack of space. There appears to be plenty of space for odd items that most woodworkers rarely utilize, but common tools are absent.
I’ve now ordered from Taylor Toolworks, or Taytools, 3 times now. Every time the order and the items have been top notch. My most recent order was missing an item, I emailed them explaining the situation and pictures. They had it resolved in under 15 minutes and are shipping me out the missing piece. Can’t ask for better. And it’s a family owned business.

Recently purchased some items online from Taylor. When the package arrived, I had an issue w the items I received. When I contacted customer service- I had a response the next day, then continued communication from Sally. Once the issue was correctly identified, Taylor immediately went out of their way to make the issue right. The real test of any business is their response when a challenge occurs.
