He made a big deal about Tay Tools being a family owned company that cared about its customers and products. I gave them a shot about two years ago and haven't looked back since. This is one of the most affordable and accurate, if not THE most, woodworking tool providers in the USA. Poor communication and inaccurate listings. They would not respond to my service/return request until after I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
I am a longtime and skilled DYI furniture maker and carpenter and learned about Taylor from an online video, having purchased woodworking equipment from a number of other specialty stores. I ordered a couple of items and was impressed with the service rep I spoke with and the prompt delivery. Nice business in the middle of the Show Me State.

I have purchased several products and I am very pleased with all my purchases. My latest project was the coping saw kit, super fun build, highly recommended.
