Poor communication and inaccurate listings. They would not respond to my service/return request until after I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
I am a longtime and skilled DYI furniture maker and carpenter and learned about Taylor from an online video, having purchased woodworking equipment from a number of other specialty stores. I ordered a couple of items and was impressed with the service rep I spoke with and the prompt delivery. Nice business in the middle of the Show Me State.

I have purchased several products and I am very pleased with all my purchases. My latest project was the coping saw kit, super fun build, highly recommended.
