Beverly made a mistake in my taxes last year. She erroneously added a State penalty. The FTB sent me a notice subtracting that penalty from what I owed. I informed Beverly and she said to just pay it anyway and wait for the refund check. I told her it was okay if she made a mistake but it made no sense for me to do that. So this year she refused to acknowledge my request for an appointment. I had forgiven her for the mistake, but apparently Beverly can't admit to herself that she makes them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Initially we had a great experience with Beverly but our service required second filing / amendment after getting an ITIN for my daughter. Beverly went completely AWOL and I couldn't reach her for 3 weeks despite trying emails and phone calls several times a week. We had limited time on our extension so I had to get someone else to help me with final filings.
I took my taxes to Beverly and she did a great job. Was very welcoming and friendly. I really enjoyed working with her.
Beverly at Taylor Tax Service has been doing our taxes for three years now. She is always professional, and easy to work with. She's does a great job with our taxes, and helps us plan for next year. We wouldn't use anyone else!
