He was cold and rude to me , He did not even try a little bit to get what was owed to me . I was supposed to get back over $6000 federal and around $600 for state . I got a cash advance of $2700 because of the way he wrote it up I got only $3500 all together. He CHEATED out of $2500. I would advise everyone I know to do not do any business with him . He is not reliable or honest at all .
I had to get a copy of taxes where I moved and lost mine. I totally understand that I should pay a fee because I lost it, but they charged me $25.00 for a reprinting fee. I called other tax services and they charged either 0 or 5.00. Charging people $25.00 for a reprinting fee is kinda disgusting.
First time this year but it's a nice pleasant place, with a friendly staff. A bit high to pay tho. But if you want to get your taxes done right and you have questions feel free to call them.
Great people. Quality work. Great prices. Sure beats the service at h & r block.
