Don't recommend Taylor & Stirling; - Needed fly screen urgently - They came out very quickly to take measurements which was great and was lovely in person but we informed we only want to do it if can be done within two weeks - After some deliberation they agreed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! We ordered a skylight blind through Taylor and Stirling. The first one that showed up (left outside on the doorstep) was completely wrong, wrong size, wrong side for the electrical component, poor quality workmanship infact not even the brand that was quoted and what we specified we wanted. We listed all the issues in an email to Taylor and Stirling (Maree and Roger) however their response was very aggressive and it was our fault and we must had damaged it... read more

We purchased blinds from Taylor & Stirling in Huonville during and Covid and not surprisingly the delivery was very slow. T&S installed the blinds satisfactorily. During the waiting period it was very difficult to get any communication from Roger Lowe at T&S. We returned to T&S in August 2022 and ordered more blinds for another section of the house. I called not sure if anyone would be able to help me. We purchased a house with existing Outdoor "Security Roller Blinds" and two of them had shut and refused to open.
