Terrible experience moving from Toowoomba to Brisbane. One packer sent who seemed inexperienced. Boxes when open just had plastic items loose with no wrapping. Some help given later that afternoon. On arrival in Brisbane both of my glass bedside cabinets were broken. When I asked them to replace them they said I did not take out insurance. This business provide storage and removal togather. I wish I choose you from beggining, so I save my time. We were all impressed by the care taken by Paul in the packing and relocating of our belongings. It was a seamless and stress free move. We were also impressed by Bart who went above and beyond in delivering our printed quote to their door when we had difficulty downloading the digital one. Taylor’s professionalism was really appreciated. We would highly recommend them.
Whilst in the Army we moved every two years, but this time was very different. It is a daunting task to have a removal after being in one place for 30+ years. I am amazed at how much "Stuff" we were able to accumulate. However the team of experienced removalist's made our move, from one house to the next, a smooth and very stress free experience.
