I don’t know who owns or runs this company, but they need to do a better job of who they let drive their company vehicles. I was driving on the Garden State in some traffic when one of their vehicles cut me off without using a directional, turning into my lane I I beeped my horn because he almost hit me. He got in front of me, slammed on his brakes and gave me the finger and then was shaking his fist out the window at me. I felt enticing me to want to fight. We’ve had such an incredible experience working with Taylor , and I truly can’t say enough positive things about their team. Tom, the vice president, sets the tone for what customer service should look like. He doesn’t just lead from behind the scenes—he shows up, jumps in, and has personally helped us with our machines when we needed it most. That kind of hands-on support is rare and so appreciated. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Over the past several years, service has become increasingly disappointing. Technicians often arrive much later than scheduled, and rarely is the problem fixed on the first visit. Instead, multiple visits are required, each costing hundreds of dollars, only for the same issue to reappear months later. The technician they send here in Manhattan is bad. I call and they send me the same one. He doesn't fix anything and they charge a lot. They have very bad service.
