Unprofessional, unrealistic and lazy. They should have done searches in order to obtain information but expected us to do it. They then pulled the plug on our sale on the day we were supposed to complete with the expectation that we were stupid enough to knock £25k off our asking price.
Bad customer service the Solisitor was working for me was never answering my calls and too long times to do the job
